Card
Float Illusion Effect: A
spectator selects a card from a pack which is fanned and
freely displayed. The selected card is placed face up on
top of the pack, and as the magician makes a magic
gesture, the card slowly floats up over an inch over the
pack.
It just hovers above the pack.
Another card is waved under the floating card to
"prove" there are no supports or threads.
Finally the card floats back, and can be tossed out for
examination.
